Are experiences available in other languages?
All tours are run in English and Spanish but private tours and experiences can be arranged in other languages
Where is the meeting point for your experiences?
The meeting point for all of our experiences is Pamplona Food located at Calle del Carmen 5 bajo, 31001 Pamplona. Depending on the experience, we might be able to pick you up at your accommodation
When does the experience start and do I need to arrive early?
We recommend our guests to arrive at our premises 5 minutes before any experience starts. This is especially important for tours outside of Pamplona
How big are the groups?
We like to keep our groups small. Generally, our groups have a maximum of 7-10 guests per experience, but you can check the details under each service on the website
Do you offer private tours?

I’m planning a special event, do you offer bespoke services?
Yes, we are experts in organizing private events for small or large groups. Contact us for more information.
Do you specialise in corporate experiences?
Yes, we do! Please contact us by phone or email and we will be plan any size of corporate experience or trip.
I’m a vegetarian – is this going to be a problem?
No problem. We will ensure that while on the tour, you have the best vegetarian alternatives. However, you must let us know at the time of booking so we can organize this for you
I am allergic to certain foods – is this going to be a problem?
No problem. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know. We will ensure you will have the best alternatives
Is there a minimum required to run an experience?
Depending on the tour, sometimes we require a minimum of 2, 4 or 6 people. If you’re coming on your own contact us, usually there are groups scheduled for an experience that don’t mind sharing with other travellers
Are your tours and experiences suitable for children?
We welcome children on all of our experiences. However you may want to contact us to check the suitability for the chosen tour.
Do you offer a child discount?
Yes, we offer the following discounts for children accompanied by parents: 0-6 – free 7-12 years old - 50% discount 13-16 years old - 20% discount
Do you offer special rates for groups?
Yes, please consult us for group rates for more than 10 guests. We can cater for larger groups and corporate groups.


How do I book an experience?
To make a reservation: 1. Send us an e-mail and tell us which tour you would like to do and the date. Please also include any medical issues, food allergies, etc… We will get back to you and let you know availability and prices 2. If you’re interested and would like to book with us please let us know 3. We will send you a Request for Payment via Transferwise. A link will be e-mailed to your e-mail account. It will charge you only 50% of the total amount, to hold the reservation. The reminder of the fee shall be paid after the tour 4. Once the payment has gone through you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us letting you know. The meeting location and time will also be listed
I made a booking but haven’t received a booking confirmation?
Check your spam or junk bin and if you still haven’t received anything, email and we will re-send you the confirmation
What if I need to cancel?
Should a cancellation be necessary we will be more than happy to reschedule the tour (subject to availability) You can cancel a booking with us up to 7 days in advance. Pamplona Food will refund you the deposit less the non-refundable 10% deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the experience will not be refunded
Do you accept American Express?
Sorry, we don’t accept American Express. At Pamplona Food’s premises we do accept MasterCard and Visa cards. We do not have the ability to accept Credit Cards while on the street
What types of payment do you accept?
For international payment we work with request for payment via Trasferwise. You can pay by either Bank Transfer or Card. See below.
What to do if my payment will not process?
If the payment will not process please contact your bank to ensure that your bank will allow international payments to be made. Should you continue to have further problems with payments please contact us
